• نیازسنجی دائمی از الزامات و نیازهای آموزشی و پژوهشی صنعت هوانوردی در سطوح ملی و بین المللی

• Applying training standards of aviation, at both national and international level to training activities of the college.
• Employing modern technologies and system in the college.
• Promoting the Efficiency of the instructors and the staff on a continuous basis.
• Continuous analysis of training and research requirements of aviation industry at both national and international level.
